We are a BBBEE contributor and have 42 employees, of which 83% are from previously disadvantaged communities. Our company policy is to make use of SMME’s wherever possible.
During August 2008 we started with a change management drive within the company as we wanted to develop a new culture that would support the rapid growth objectives of the company and its employees. We continuously focus on in-house and external training, empowerment and innovative decision making. In achieving success with our change management drive, we share in the benefits of the company’s growth and prosperity.

In 2009 we focused much of our attention on Health and Safety. We believe that this is one of the most important elements in running a successful business.

We have invested in education, implementation and compliance to the Health and Safety Act, as this is one of our prime concerns. DMH and Alex Gintan Associates are closely aligned to implement Risk Management and Corporate and Event Strategy as well as legal compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety and National Environmental Management Acts.
